Payment Options

Credit Card or Debit Card. Simply click on Pay by Credit Card to make a secure payment via Mastercard and Visa credit/debit cards.  Windcave is our secure payment gateway. At no time is any of your bank account information stored by us or the payment processor.

PayPal – Use Paypal to pay securely with your Visa, Mastercard credit card without setting up an account, or you can choose to set up a Paypal account.

Simply select your preferred option during the checkout process.

Shipping within New Zealand

Shipping within Tauranga area will be $8.00 for packages up to 0.1m3 and less than 20 kg.

Tauranga outer area Te Puke to Waihi $10.00 for packages up to 0.1m3 and less than 20 kg.

Shorthaul deliveries Whakatane, Rotorua, Hamilton, Taupo, Whitianga $12 for packages up to 0.1m3 and less than 20 kg. 

Long Haul deliveries Napier, Hastings, Auckland $18 for packages up to 0.1m3 and less than 20 kg. 

Orders are sent via Courier and delivery within 3 – 5 working days.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched, confirming your courier tracking information.  Please ensure we have the correct email address.  Check your junk mail if you haven’t received your tracking information within 4 working days of your purchase. 

Shipping of raw food

Raw food is packed frozen, and therefore delivery not available in areas classed as rural delivery by NZ courier post or deliveries that would take longer than 24 hours.  Frozen Raw food that has defrosted is safe to refreeze and serve to your pet.

 

International Shipping

Sorry we are currently unable to ship to countries outside New Zealand.

 

Shipping Information 

Friendly Reminder: Please be mindful of the shipping address your parcels are sent to and ensure they are sent to an address where it is safe to leave them.

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for orders whereby customer’s instructions are to leave them in an unsecure location or for parcels going missing after they have been scanned and delivered to the correct address. If the tracking information for your order says it has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact the Couriers.

 

Raw Food Disclaimer 

Due to individual sizes of the pieces of raw food, we are unable to pack it in exactly 1 kg bags.  Although we endeavour to keep as accurately as possible to the weight, there may be slight variations to the product you receive.  This could be between 950 gr and 1.1kg.

 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for an in-store credit or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us. If goods sent to you are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. 

Please contact us in the first instance if you wish to return your order.
